With 55 acres of vines and 13 grape varieties, Uplift is the largest estate vineyard in the William Chris Wine Company portfolio. Every bottle bearing the Uplift label is made exclusively from estate-grown fruit, crafted to express the purity, nuance, and depth of this remarkable site.
Available by appointment only, this intimate 90-minute guided tour and tasting offers a rare opportunity to explore the natural beauty of Hoover’s Valley and the heart of our 55-acre estate. Each visit is thoughtfully curated to provide a deeper understanding of our low-intervention farming and site-driven winemaking philosophy.
